ruby-filepath software package provides small library to manipulate paths, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ruby-filepath
ruby-filepath is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ruby-filepath package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ruby-filepath *
You will get with ruby-filepath package name, version, architecture and description in a table
